This is a WordPress site
Put what you know to work
AI that turns the knowledge you already have into answers and actions people and agents can use.
Tricky Wombat finds cited answers across Slack, Google Drive, Gmail, and Microsoft 365, then takes the next step. Every answer comes back with the source it came from.
This is what visitors see after you add Tricky Wombat to WordPress. The chat plugin renders where you place the shortcode.

Tricky Wombat WordPress Widget
This site shows how the chat widget works on WordPress, which options you can set, and how you add it to your own site.
What you can set
All options live on one screen, Settings → TW Chat Widget. The shortcode has no attributes. Turning the widget off prints nothing.
- Enable or hide the widget
- Chat title and welcome message
- Primary color for the bubble and send button
- Dock the button on the right or the left
- Open the panel when the page loads
- Floating button text
- Panel width and height in px, %, em, or rem. Pixel width stays between 260 and 720, and pixel height stays between 280 and 900.
- API key, project shortcode, and server URL
Add it to your site
- In Tricky Wombat, open the project, then Widgets. Under Install on a platform, open WordPress. Download the TW Chat Widget ZIP, and copy the Default Public API key, project shortcode, and server URL.
- In WordPress Admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Upload the ZIP without extracting it, then activate TW Chat Widget.
- Open Settings → TW Chat Widget. Paste the API key, project shortcode, and server URL, then save.
- Set the title, welcome message, color, position, panel size, button text, and whether the panel opens on load.
- Put
[tw_chat_widget]on the page, post, or widget area where chat should appear. - Open that page in a private browser window, send a question, and confirm a streamed answer comes back.
Integration is one plugin, three connection values, and one shortcode. No theme edits.
You already have the knowledge.
What you don’t have is the answer.
Every answer cites its source. Existing access rights stay intact. Evidence can come from more than one document.
